Paula Patton, an American actress and producer is best known for her roles as the main character in Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol (an action-spy thriller) and Precious (a dramatic). Growing up in Los Angeles with a middle-class mother, Patton had many dreams. She was raised by a mom who loved watching films. Paula was a fan of school co-curriculars and was particularly fond of drama. Her favorite part was being in stage shows along with her peers. After performing in a variety of high school productions at Hamilton Magnet Arts High School, she decided to make acting her career. She enrolled at the University of Southern California in an intensive summer course and loved her time there. She was assigned a 3 month task to produce documentaries for PBS. After she had completed the assignment in three months, her first job was in the field of production for documentaries on television. Later, she moved on to producing documentaries. Although she enjoyed what she did however, she always wanted being an actor. Her acting career began with minor roles with Will Smith in the romantic comedy Hitch. In the years since, she's appeared in many productions and films.
