Sheryl Underwood is an American television personality and comedian, is popular as hosts of The Talk, a popular talk show on daytime television. Born in Arkansas She was raised at Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl has a family with a number of problems. She was a child of trouble, looking after her sick sister Frankie. She had a lot of trouble with her mother while growing up. Sheryl asserts that in the past, her mother would stab her father due to him getting too close to her. After her graduation from college, Sheryl joined the military. Sheryl's interest in comedy was more pronounced. In 1989, she became the first woman in history to reach the finals of the Miller Lite Comedy Search contest. She began her TV career in 1992, when she made a cameo appearance as a frequent guest for the HBO comedy program Def Comedy Jam. In 2000, she was host of Oh Drama! Oh Drama! In 2011, she began acting as co-host on the talk show The Talk. She's been in series including Bulworth Nikki, Beauty Shop and others.
