She has parents named Harvey Welker who is Native American as well as Julie Welker who is African-American. Her father is an engineering and her mother is a realtor. Walker was educated in Germantown Friends School. Germantown Friends School (Germantown Region) in Philadelphia where she graduated in 1994. In 1998, she earned the bachelor's qualification from Harvard College. Welker got married to John Hughes in Philadelphia, who was known as a marketing director. The couple has two daughters. In 2014 they began having an affair with one other. John her husband, is just four years older than her. They decided to move their relationship to a new stage because things were going so well.
